A brief history about Elis Guild. The core of the officer crew were members of Frenzy, which if you are old school you remember as being one of the top raiding guilds on Gorgonnash. Many of Frenzy retired from the game, switched servers, some even re-rolled alliance, but part of the original wrecking crew are still playing the game.
Currently (as of 1/8/2010), we are working on ICC. TOC 25 man is cleared, and while we would like to do some of the hard modes we missed, the emphasis going forward is ICC. We still do Vault 25 Man as a guild. Ulduar is no longer a guild focus.
We are a progressive guild, so we push new content. That means pushing new encounters, repair bills and high expectations for all our raiders, as well as the expectation that you bring what you need to every raid (pots, consumables, etc).
If you want to join, please understand you are expected to raid, with all that entails. You are expected to follow directions during a raid. We expect all members to treat each other as guildmates, and issues between players will be resolved by the officers.
Our current raiding schedule: (all raids 25-man and all times PST)
Tuesday Night, 7PM Server: ICC
Thursday Night, 7PM Server: ICC
Sunday Night, 7PM Server: ICC
*Note, Vault is done as a guild when we have time.

[color=orange]Our expectation is that if you have to go AFK, you tell an officer or the raid group and you make sure its known you have to take some time. In addition, you need to allocate time for the raid, that you let us know IN ADVANCE if your time is limited, and that if you have to go, you give as much advance warning as possible. Lastly, we have zero tolerance for people who "disappear" after a wipe or a series of wipes. We slug it out in this guild.[/color]
